Not 1: Kongreye katılacak lisansüstü öğrencilerin dikkatine:
Kongremize yalnızca lisansüstü eğitimine devam eden öğrenciler başvuru yapabilmektedir. Başvuru sürecinde, bildiride yer alan tüm yazarların öğrenci olması şartı aranmaktadır. Çok yazarlı bildirilerde, bildiri özetiyle birlikte tüm yazarların öğrenci belgelerinin de gönderilmesi gerekmektedir. Yazarlar arasında öğrenci olmayan bir kişinin bulunması durumunda ise normal kongre ücretinin ödenmesi zorunludur.
Özet metinleri kabul edilen katılımcıların en geç 04 Ekim 2026 tarihine kadar katılım ücretini aşağıda yer alan hesap numarasına yatırmaları gerekmektedir.
Bir yazar en fazla iki (2) bildiri ile kongreye katılabilir.
Her iki bildiride de yazar isimlerinin aynı olması şartı aranır.
NOT 2: Katılım ücreti yatırılırken konu kısmına ” isim, soyisim, LOTUS Kongre Katılım Bedeli” yazılmalıdır.

The 6th International Conference on Language and Translation Studies is a fee-based conference. The participation fees are as follows:
- For online participants from Türkiye: 2,500 Turkish Lira
- For graduate student participants from Türkiye: 1,500 Turkish Lira (Please see Note 1.)
- No conference fee will be charged to participants from outside Türkiye.
Note 1: Notice for Graduate Students Participating in the Conference:
Only students who are currently enrolled in a graduate program are eligible to apply to the conference. During the application process, it is required that all authors of the submitted paper be graduate students. For multi-authored submissions, student certificates for all authors must be submitted along with the abstract.
If any of the authors is not a student, the standard conference fee will be required.
Participants whose abstracts are accepted are required to pay the participation fee to the bank account specified below no later than October 4, 2026.
Each author may participate in the conference with a maximum of two (2) papers. It is required that the author names be identical in both submissions.
Note 2: When making the payment, please indicate the following in the description section: “Name, Surname, LOTUS Conference Participation Fee.”
